[Rdap] RDAP13

Hi folks,

Who all is interested in helping to plan the program of RDAP13?  I'm 
looking for 8-10 planners, mostly to help flesh out panel topics and 
identify panelists, but also for a program chair to help coordinate.  I 
would be glad to chat with RDAP13's program chair about what worked for 
me this year and what didn't, including a planning schedule/gantt chart 
that kept things rolling.

Please ping me at your earliest convenience so that planning for RDAP13 
can begin in earnest. It really can take 50 or so weeks to pull one of 
these summits together.
