Dear List,

As some of you may have known, there will be a lightning talk session in Mar. 23, Friday morning in the RDAP summit. It is open to ALL attendees. And we encourage you to attend the RDAP summit and consider giving a lightning talk.

A lightning talk is a fast-paced 5 minute talk on a topic related to any themes of RDAP. You may ask questions, invite people to help with your project, boast about something you did, or tell a short story. All these are very interesting and worth talking about. The lightening talks are to be informal, interactive, and spontaneous.

If you are interested in giving a lightning talk. Please sign up at https://docs.google.com/document/d/16xi9JFwWhzoxTmAFNtBaVOjZZbkh9cAXfYlCoq5XCc8/edit

Slides are not required, but if you do have slides, please send them to xiao.hu at du.edu before the session starts. For more information on lightning talk, please see http://perl.plover.com/lt/lightning-talks.html by Mark Jason Dominus and http://www.perl.com/pub/2004/07/30/lightningtalk.html by Mark Fowler.
