Call for Participation in Usability Studies of the e-Science Portal


The e-Science for New England Librarians Portal team is looking for librarian and library student volunteers to participate in online usability studies of the e-Science Portal for New England Librarians this June. These studies will inform the portal team about users' experiences in navigating the portal's content, searching, and their impressions of the portal design. Volunteers do not need to be familiar with the topic of e-science or the e-Science Portal for New England Librarians to participate in these usability studies.  Participants should plan to allow about 30 minutes to complete the usability task.


An invitation to participate is not guaranteed to all volunteers if the number of respondents is greater than our need. However, volunteers' information will be kept so that they may be contacted at a later date if further testing is needed.
