[Rdap] Data sharing and institional repositories (IR)

Last week an informal group of research data library staff delivered an
open letter to PLoS journals requesting that IRs be included in their list
of recommend data repositories for researchers complying with data sharing
requirements. Our letter highlights the benefits of data sharing with an
institutional repository (and there are many!).
