HEAD OF THE DIGITAL LIBRARY

Washington University Libraries (https://library.wustl.edu/) invites applications for the position of Head of the Digital Library. Reporting to the Associate University Librarian for Digital Scholarship and Technology Services, the Head of Digital Library plans, implements, directs, and sustains projects, services, partnerships, and initiatives for the Digital Library program. The incumbent will be a forward-thinking leader in the development and expansion of the Digital Library and its comprehensive multi-staff program of services, including digital publishing, repository services, digital scholarship, metadata curation, and digital library application development.

The incumbent works collaboratively within WU Libraries, with campus partners, and with national peers to develop innovative digital solutions for creating, managing, and disseminating digital resources that provide content for research and teaching efforts at Washington University in St. Louis and its related stakeholders.

HEAD OF LIBRARY TECHNOLOGY SERVICES

Washington University Libraries (https://library.wustl.edu/) invites applications for the position of Head of Library Technology Services. The incumbent will report to the Associate University Librarian for Digital Scholarship and Technology Services.



The Head of Library Technology Services provides leadership and expertise in the development, implementation, and maintenance of technical infrastructure, applications, and technology services for Libraries staff and users of the Libraries. The incumbent directs a multi-person staff of developers, systems administrators, end user support specialists, and other information professionals to develop, implement, and manage sustainable operations and strategic initiatives collaboratively in support of the Libraries' technology priorities.
