[Rdap] Repository for proposals (Clara Llebot)

Thank you for your responses Melissa and Violeta,

The whole conversation started because the Research Office is asking researchers whether they are OK with sharing the abstracts of their submitted grant proposals, and about 80% of researchers say yes. But the Research Office is not making them public. We did some brainstorming about possible ways to adopt or expand that practice involving the library, and decided to do a little bit of research about what others are doing.

Best,

Clara

    Hi all,

At OSU Libraries we are exploring the possibility of setting up a repository of grant proposals submitted by our researchers. Are any of your libraries doing that? I would be interested in learning about your experiences.

    Thanks!

    Clara

    Hi,

Institutions are listing the grants as part of their VIVO
<https://duraspace.org/vivo/>implementations - see for example Duke
    University example:
    https://scholars.duke.edu/individuallist?vclassId=http%3A%2F%2Fvivoweb.org%2Fontology%2Fcore%23Grant

All the instances I am aware of are displaying just the metadata about the
grants, not the actual grant proposal since those are always hosted in the
    office of research.

However, at the Force11 Conference there was a talk by Sayeed Choudhury
    <https://force2018.sched.com/event/F7uN/public-access-submission-system-pass>about
the PASS submission system that uses Fedora 4 to host all the data,
articles, and grants and enables them to package all of those resources. A
