It is great to finally see the program out. I have a question about the sponsors, though: Will they be showing up on the conference program page or somewhere on RDAP website? They should be recognized as promised during the recruitment. This conference had an active sponsor recruitment effort and it would be nice to provide the list with their logos.

The 2019 Research Data Access and Preservation Summit will be at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL from May 15-17, 2019. The theme is Building Communities: how different communities are impacted by our systems, technology, values, and practices; who our communities are by and for; and data services examined through a critical lens.

Registration for the regular program (May 15-16) and workshops (May 17) is now open.

For the first time, the RDAP Summit will be run by the RDAP Association, an independent professional organization formed last year by past RDAP Summit attendees to support the community of research data management professionals. We would like to ask you to become an official voting member of the RDAP Association. This year, we are not charging a membership fee. Instead, we are asking for a donation from you based on what you feel membership in the RDAP Association is worth.
