[Rdap] NPR shows us the data

The Pudding<https://pudding.cool/> has a history of doing similar data reporting and provides access to much of their data and source code.

I use the data<https://github.com/the-pudding/data/tree/master/pockets> from one of their best pieces (Someone clever once said Women were not allowed Pockets<https://pudding.cool/2018/08/pockets/>) in workshops as it's well documented and easy to understand. I'm happy to see NPR doing the same!
