We have come up with what we think is a workable budget (though I will be digging into those resources you mentioned to see what I've missed). </div><div><br></div><div>We are specifically looking for how institutions cover those costs. Is the repository centrally funded? Are there charges in place for certain services? Is it magic and unicorns?
