SEDLS 2019 will be October 10 &amp; 11 in New Orleans, LA, at Tulane University. The Southeast Data Librarian Symposium is intended to provide a low-cost opportunity for librarians and other research data specialists to gather and explore developments in the field
 of data librarianship, including the management and sharing of research data. It is open to all who wish to attend, including students, data managers and scientists, and those situated outside the Southeast.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:105%">
The committee is hard at work finalizing the program. Sessions will include workshops, panels, short talks, and posters on topics such as new and novel workshop ideas, curating research data, building partnerships, and building RDM services from the ground
 up.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Registration is $50 (plus $4.67 Eventbrite fee) and is limited to 50 people. The deadline for registration is September 27, 2019, and the deadline for refunds is October 3, 2019. Also, please be sure to reserve your hotel room as soon as
