<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Princeton University Library seeks an innovative and motivated professional for an exciting new leadership opportunity as the Head of Science and Engineering Libraries. This position leads the Library's efforts
at cultivating strategic partnerships with all entities involved with science and engineering, and oversees all aspects of library activities, including the development of innovative services for Princeton's scientific research community, reference and research
consultation services, instruction programs, collections, and facilities management.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">This position provides vision and leadership for the staff of the Lewis Science Library, the Engineering Library and Furth Plasma Physics Library, and leads a team of 18 staff, including 6 librarians. This
position also advocates and implements plans for organizational effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and the ongoing professional development of staff. This position contributes to campus-wide library projects and represents Princeton
