[Rdap] RDAP12 housekeeping updates

Hi folks,

Posters for today's poster session may be set up in the "Irish Channel" room during or after the afternoon break at 2:45pm. The session begins at 5pm.  Poster presenters will have an opportunity to give a one-minute "pitch" for their posters during the 4:30pm-5pm session (in the main RDAP12 room).
