We have the pleasure to email you the final version of the Program of the
9th QQML International conference.

As the previous years, a considerable number of high quality abstracts are
accepted for oral or poster presentations and both research papers and
applied works from all over the world are included in the program. 

The ninth Conference brings together researchers, technical developers,
managers and library professionals to review achievements to announce
creative challenges and opportunities. 

 

There are a lot of changes that caused from your requests on the draft
program.
