The Lamar Soutter Library at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, MA, invites applications for the position of Manager, Research and Scholarly Communication Services department.

What is the position?
Under the general direction of the Associate Director, the Research and Scholarly Communication Services Manager leads and supports the Library staff in developing and implementing library services related to the publication, dissemination, and impact of UMass Medical School's scholarship. This leadership position is responsible for planning, setting goals, setting priorities, and designing and monitoring workflow of the department, and for building partnerships with groups across the medical school. Project Management experience helpful to facilitate design, implementation and management of both Library and Institution projects.
