[Rdap] Data Repository question

Both.  Publisher is the item of record, but the repository is intended for a much wider audience than the campus community, which may or may not have subscription rights.

Now that PMC (and all the other repositories sharing the same platform) have freely accessible access to journal articles, which article do you link to from the underlying data in your data repository? The original publisher article,  PMC article or both?
