Sarah -
At the NASA Socioeconomic Data and Applications Center (SEDAC), a
scientific data center that focuses on human interactions in the
environment, we collect questions and answers in a knowledge base and
suggest that users look there first when they have questions. Please see
our Help page at http://sedac.ciesin.columbia.edu/help to see how it works.
Thanks,
Bob Downs
